- A valid ID proof of all guests is required at check-in.
- Before confirming your booking, please ensure you check all campsite details such as parking and walking distance from the road. If any information is missing or unclear, don’t hesitate to reach out via call or WhatsApp, and we'll provide the details.
- Meal Timings: Guests are required to adhere to the meal times specified by the campsite. Meals will not be served outside of these designated hours.
- Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the campsite at all times.
- Total decided package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons.
- We do not provide transportation services. Guests must reach the activity spot on their own.
- In case of road blocking due to traffic jam, landside, storm or any other natural disaster etc. we shall not be responsible for any refund of fare.
- There is always a huge rush in Rishikesh during the new year due to which you may face a Traffic Jam in Rishikesh.
- In case of late chech-in or early check-out there is no discount.
- Insurance & Liability: We do not offer any insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, theft, or any other incidents. Guests are advised to arrange their own insurance. All baggage and personal property are at the guest risk.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. The campsite does not take responsibility for any accidents or incidents involving children.
- Unreasonable or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. The camp manager reserves the right to deny entry to anyone causing disturbance to other guests. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the stay.
