• RaftingCampingInRishikesh.Com reserves the right without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of this term and conditions.
• Carrying of firearms/weapon/drugs are strictly prohibited.
• There will be no discounts for late check-ins or early check-outs.
• A valid ID proof of all guests is required at check-in.
• Guests are required to adhere to the meal times specified by the campsite. Meals will not be served outside of these designated hours.
• As per government regulations, music is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
• Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the campsite at all times.
• The total package cost remains unchanged even if there is a reduction in the number of persons.
• No refunds will be provided if guests decide not to stay at the camp for personal reasons. We guarantee the same camp and package as described on our website. Please review all camp details carefully before booking (e.g., facilities, distance from parking, photographs, etc.).
• We do not offer any in-room service. Similarly, serving/consumption of food/ beverages/smoking inside cottages is not permitted.
• No refund will be processed if the Adventures/Activities are canceled due to an Act of God or bad weather conditions.
• The camp facilities are exclusively for the resident guests. Drivers are required to make their own boarding and lodging arrangements.
• Visitors are required to sign a disclaimer / liability waiver form on arrival. Please carry a proof of identity.
• We are committed to providing the content as per the package selected by the visitor from the website "www.RaftingCampingInRishikesh.com" under normal circumstances only. In case of the road blocking due to traffic jam, landside, storm or any other natural disaster, etc. we shall not be responsible for any refund of fare. If a passenger chooses to proceed further on his/their own in such a situation, we will not be responsible for their action.
• Execution and completion of all the activities mentioned in the 24 hours package would completely depend upon the visitor's timely readiness
• Visitors are required to follow activity and meal timings.
• At Night, Nobody is allowed to go near the Ganga river. Swimming in River Ganga is not allowed without wearing life Jackets.
• An advance amount is required to reserve the tents/camps/cottages.
• The advance amount should be a minimum 40% of the total package cost.
• The balance amount should be paid during check-in time by cash or online (Card Not Accepted).
• If the balance amount is not received by the camp during the specified time (11 AM) then the booking stands canceled (From Guest End). If guest are getting late check-in then they have to submit their balance amount online before 01 PM of check-in date.
• All activities are subject to weather conditions.
• We or Camping companies would not be responsible for your personal belongings like mobile/camera/watch & any other.
• All the packages mentioned on the website RaftingCampingInRishikesh.com have the actual pictures of camps/activities. A slight difference could be there due to season to season installation of tents/cottages.
• In case of any unfortunate damages caused to any of our infrastructure, utilities & material by guests, the damages will have to be settled on the spot by the respective guests/group. A list of charges will be shared on-demand or check-in. The damage charges and settlement policy are non-negotiable. Min damage charge will be INR 10,000/-
• RaftingCampingInRishikesh.com or Camp Management reserves the right to accept or decline any bookings or reservations, admit, disallow or evict any guest or group at any time, without any obligations.
• RaftingCampingInRishikesh.com or Camping companies does not offer any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements on their own. Baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
• You may need to trek (Ranges from 50 meters to 500 meters) from Road/Parking to Camps. The trekking (easy/difficult) distance varies from camp to camp. Read the camp pages thoroughly on our website before finalizing the camp and making the advance payment or Call ask the RaftingCampingInRishikesh.com representative at 9368884155.
• Unreasonable or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and the camp manager reserve the right to refuse the entry of anyone who is behaving badly and causing trouble to other holidaymakers. In such cases, we will not provide a refund for holiday days lost.
• 1N 2D means 23 Hrs, 3 meals i.e. Day 01 Lunch to Day 02 Breakfast and 2N 3D means 48 Hrs, 6 meals i.e. Day 01 Lunch to Day 03 Breakfast.
• Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Tehri, Uttarakhand.

• If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 50% of total advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 75.0% of total advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Credit Note will be allocated which can be used anytime in the future.
• Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

• Visitors are requested to report at Rafting office in Shivpuri. Pickup for Rafting is from Office in Shivpuri.
• RaftingCampingInRishikesh.Com or Rafting companies would not be responsible for your personal belongings like mobile/camera/watch & any other.
• Total decided package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons.
• Visitors are required to sign a disclaimer / liability waiver form on arrival. Rafting, body surfing & cliff jumping activities are subject to the weather conditions.
• Rafting Entry Rs 20/- Per Person to be Paid by Visitors (Slip issued by Govt).
• In case of road blocking due to traffic jam, landside, storm or any other natural disaster etc. we shall not be responsible for any refund of fare.
• Rishikesh has a very high season during the March, April, May and June every year. So there is always a huge rush in Rishikesh during the weekends due to which you may face a Traffic Jam in Rishikesh.
• Visitors are requested to do Rafting early in the morning at around 7 or 8 am to avoid the huge Jam in Tapovan to Shivpuri Road. We have seen people stuck in Jam for hours and got their Rafting un-availed due to their lateness.
• Anybody found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, medically or physically unfit (any serious ailment, weak heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, expecting mothers etc) unfit for any reason/s in the wisdom of the river, guide/instructor will not be allowed the rafting trip or undertake any other adventure activities. Request for a refund or a discount in such circumstance/s will not be entertained. Decision of the river guide / management in this regard would be final.
• Bulky clothes, saree, necktie, long skirts, suits are not permitted. Shorts, T-shirt preferably of synthetic material, floaters / sandals, sunglasses with strings are recommended.
• River Rafting is on sharing basis.
• Rafting is allowed only for people above the age of 14 years.
• Rafting is not allowed for the persons above 100 kg (Matching to Height / Fit Person / Not too Fat).
• Rafting activity is subject to the weather conditions / Ganga water level / Government Instructions.
