Join us for a New Year’s celebration at our riverside campsite, where nature meets festivity. This basic, nature-centric camp offers accommodation in alpine tents with shared washrooms. Enjoy DJ music and a bonfire at night, along with exclusively vegetarian meals and snacks. The event welcomes all types of guests, including stags and mixed groups. While luxury is minimal, the experience is rich with scenic beauty and vibrant celebrations. Revel in the simplicity of nature while welcoming the New Year in a lively, communal atmosphere.

Camp Policy:
- A valid ID proof of all guests is required at check-in.
- Meal Timings: Guests are required to adhere to the meal times specified by the campsite. Meals will not be served outside of these designated hours.
- Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the campsite at all times.
- Package Costs: The total package cost remains unchanged even if there is a reduction in the number of persons.
- Check-In and Check-Out: There will be no discounts for late check-ins or early check-outs.
- Non-Refundable Policy: No refunds will be provided if guests decide not to stay at the camp for personal reasons. We guarantee the same camp and package as described on our website. Please review all camp details carefully before booking (e.g., facilities, distance from parking, photographs, etc.).
- Insurance & Liability: We do not offer any insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, theft, or any other incidents. Guests are advised to arrange their own insurance. All baggage and personal property are at the guest risk.
- Campsite Nature: The camps are basic in nature, so guests should not expect luxury facilities.
- We do not provide transportation services. Guests must reach the activity spot on their own.
- Unreasonable or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. The camp manager reserves the right to deny entry to anyone causing disturbance to other guests. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the stay.
- Inquire: Call or WhatsApp to check camp availability and clarify any questions about your Rishikesh camping package.
- Provide Details: Share details like the number of people, check-in date, and any other information requested on WhatsApp.
- Payment: A 40% advance is required to confirm your booking. Payment options will be shared via WhatsApp.
- Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp, including camp details, camp manager contact, payment status, check-in/check-out dates, and Google Maps location.
- If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 50% of total advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 75.0% of total advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total advance amount will be charged as cancellation fees
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Credit Note will be allocated which can be used anytime in the future.
Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

The riverside campsite is perfect if you love nature, but it’s quite basic. The alpine tents are comfortable enough, though the shared washrooms might not be ideal for everyone. The DJ music and bonfire were enjoyable, and the vegetarian meals were decent. It’s a great option if you don’t mind roughing it a bit.
